STEP 1
Dream of possibilities
From sidewalks to driveways, block walls to foundations and everything in between, our team is ready to tackle any new construction and additions.
In this stage, one of our specialists will meet you at your home to understand your vision. We’ll get an understanding of your style, current design challenges, clarify building and zone requirements, and we’ll also discuss construction planning, budgeting, and timeline.
STEP 2
Conceptualize your perfect space
Our diligent team takes pride in providing thoughtful plans from the get-go, and this stage is all about the details.
We’ll measure and photograph every inch of your space to ensure complete accuracy while also noting structural elements that might affect construction. Utilizing a perfectly scaled computer plan of your home, we’ll then get to work by designing three different design concepts for your consideration—complete with floor plans, elevations, and 3D sketches.
STEP 3
Refine your preferred design concept
Once we’ve shared our three recommended directions for your project, our design and construction teams will shape your preferred design plan to be exactly as you envision.
Spend time with our team at our design center in Rancho Cucamonga, CA where we'll guide you to make well-informed decisions about your project -including exterior and interior finishes. Your Project Manager will begin scheduling trade experts such as plumbers, electricians to ensure your home is in optimal state to begin the construction phase.

STEP 4
Work flow
We take pride in our communication through weekly project manager meetings, pre- determined construction hours, and quality craftsmanship.
Before your project begins, you'll have complete transparency into the site plan-workflow, working hours, and the location of tools, equipment, and materials. When the project is near completion, we'll meet for a final project review to answer any questions and communicate our plan to finish outstanding details.
